Entrance Guidelines
Sts. Peter & Paul School is required to follow the age guidelines for school entrance set by the State of Texas:
- A student must be 3 years of age on or before September 1 and potty-trained to enter the Pre-K 3 program.
- A student must be age 4 on or before September 1 to enter the Pre-K 4 program.
- A student must be age 5 on or before September 1 to enter Kindergarten.
- A student must be age 6 on or before September 1 to enter first grade.
Records Required
For a child to be considered for acceptance into Sts. Peter & Paul, the following records must be submitted:

Original Birth and Baptismal certificate.

Complete immunization records must be provided prior to the student's first day of class.

Student's most recent report card is needed for students enrolling in grades 1–8

Standardized test scores are to be provided for students enrolling in grades 1–8

Student's Social Security number.
Entrance Tests
Students in grades 2–8 may be asked to take an entrance test prior to acceptance at Sts. Peter & Paul School if current testing information is not available from their previous school. Students entering Kindergarten, who have not been in a Sts. Peter & Paul School Pre-K program, take a readiness test before acceptance is granted.
