Join us for Middle School Youth Group

We are a Catholic middle school youth ministry experience for early adolescents in grades 6, 7 & 8. The EDGE curriculum from Lifeteen, is designed to meet the educational, spiritual, emotional, and social needs of young adolescents. In many aspects middle school youth are on the EDGE, so much is changing and going on in their lives. It can be a very stressful time. As the Catholic Community of Sts. Peter and Paul Church we are going to give our middle school kids the Edge they need in life: Jesus, The Word of God, The Eucharist, and the Church!

Need to know information for ALL SECOND YEAR Registrations



**ATTENTION**


If your child is SECOND year 1st Communion Preparation or SECOND year OCIA. 

You must fill out a form in person in the Youth Ministry Office.


If you child is 2nd year Confirmation, proof of sacraments must be uploaded in the online registration form in order for it to be accepted.


(If the sacraments were done at SPP, the dates must be submitted for us to find them. We will not accept this registration without the dates and/or a upload of the certificates from another parish.)

Si su hijo/a está en segundo año de preparación para la Primera Comunión o en segundo año de OCIA,


debe completar un formulario en persona en la Oficina de Pastoral Juvenil.


Si su hijo/a está en segundo año de Confirmación, debe adjuntar el comprobante de los sacramentos al formulario de inscripción en línea para que este sea aceptado.


(Si los sacramentos se administraron en SPP, debe proporcionar las fechas para que podamos consultarlas. No se aceptará esta inscripción sin las fechas y/o sin adjuntar los certificados de otra parroquia).



The Edge Core Team serves as mentor, minister, teacher and spiritual director for these young middle school students. What middle school youth experience from the time they arrive until the time they leave is relational ministry. Core Team is about caring for each middle school youth we meet. Each Core Member as his/her life rooted in prayer and desires to serve the middle school youth.

Core Members are essential to the spiritual success of the Edge. If you have a love for Christ and young people, we want you! We are looking for people of all ages: from Confirmed Teens to Grandparents. You can make a difference in the lives of these young people. Sacramental Preparation


Youth that would like to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, or Communion have the opportunity to participate in our two-year sacramental preparation classes. Please contact Angela Schwab angelaschwab@sppnb.org for more information.
